The Shuswap

Salmon Arm is located in the Shuswap area of British Columbia, the territory of the Shuswap or Secwepemc First Nation people. Central to the region is the amazing Shuswap Lake. Its unique geography roughly forms an "H" shape with four arms and 400 km of shoreline. It meets in the centre at the Cinnemousun Narrows, and to the west it connects with the much smaller Little Shuswap Lake.

The Shuswap is a beautifully vibrant area, and we love to be outdoors! From the lake to several amazing trail systems and a fantastic nearby cross-country ski area, we are so lucky to live here and have year-round recreational opportunities!
