Frequently asked Questions

When will I get my item? Kits and ready to ship items will be shipped or available for pickup/dropoff within 1-2 business days. Custom/made to order items depend on the time of year. In spring/summer processing times are 1-3 days, and fall/winter 1-3 weeks. If the wait times are long I will post them on my home page. Once I ship the item, delivery time depends on Canada Post.

Do you make children's or men's toques? I can make these by custom request, just email me or fill out the contact form.

I don't know how to knit, can I still buy your knitting kits? I have made these as beginner-friendly as possible, and they are intended to teach you to knit! With my video tutorials, you will learn to knit and complete your first projects!
